Sviluppo & Competenze, SV&CO S.r.l. Sviluppo & Competenze, SV&CO S.r.l. is an organization which operates in different sectors of the Research, Planning and Programming fields with regard for Education and Vocational Training problems. SV&CO was founded under the conviction of the ever raising need of creating support structures able to sustain general and sectors related training paths, on account of the growing demand of a quantitative and qualitative professional education. In particular SV&CO focuses on the development of "Learning Society" paying a specific attention for the gradual creation of a Lifelong Learning System of Education and for its connected multiple problems. SV&CO plays an important role of counselling, planning and research for state and private educational and training schools and institutions granting high-quality standards thanks to the contribution of experts and the permanent co-operation with a staff of qualified renowned researcher with a long experience in various scientific and productive sectors, as well as in the fields of Education, Training and Community Policy particularly referring to European Community Initiatives and Structural Programmes. At the moment SV&CO's main activities are directed towards initiatives which concerns with: 1. The development of Educational System Innovations with a specific attention towards critical areas of the Lifelong Learning System. In this field SV&CO has conceived, defined and deepened particularly innovative methodological systems apt for Post compulsory school training paths (alternative either to traditional apprenticeship either to traditional basic education); Tertiary education (excluded university) training paths (either for initial and continuos education); Planning and organizing cultural and practical supporting activities in order to furnish young and adult unemployed people with what is defined "the education to entrepreneurship", that is to say train them following a self-employment prospective, providing for attitudes, knowledge and competencies required right for self entrepreneurship. 2. Counselling for planning, fulfilment and evaluation of projects for European Community Initiatives and Programmes referring either to the different general Framework Programmes and to Structural Funds. In detail, as regards with the target, SV&CO is able to: define projects concerning professional pathways both for educational and for post-educational vocational training; organize training courses; verify both the quality of educational and training interventions and the achieved targets. Concerning the productive sectors, SV&CO can develop a wide range of competence and job venture concerning the vocational training for these specialized sectors: Agriculture involving its most relevant transformation cycles; Service-producing sector, especially with reference to: tourism (tourism management, public catering and social reception policy); business and commercial management; publishing and multimedia services; maintenance services of technological facilities (mechanical, electronic, thermo-hydraulic, etc.); ICT. In each sectors of intervention SV&CO is able to develop: feasibility studies; marketing researches; business and working plans (including the planning of learning facilities) 3. The development of the quality of structures, technologies and environment. In this context SV&CO is working for the implementation of a web service for educational institutions able to give quick and qualified replies and solutions to problems arising for environmental security and quality standards. 4. The diffusion of European Community Programmes and Policy through an editorial series of essays named "Sviluppo&Competenze" (SEAM Editions), spreading essays written by Monti, Pavan-Woolfe, Triulzi, etc.
