Studio Staff - BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS

Studio Staff is a member company of the ASSOCONSULT association and offers management consulting and other services to the business sector. Established in 1967 in Rome, it is now a leading company for diffusion of the enterprise culture and conducts studies and research on all problems of human resource management in business concerns.
In its offices over 50 professional consultants have the know-how to tackle the numerous problems related to business management, organisation and information/control systems.
Studio Staff operates in all areas of private enterprise, the public sector and local government. Its clients include manufacturing and service industries, multinationals, central and local public bodies and institutions, business consortia/associations and professional institutes.
Studio Staff recognise that the careful and long-term management of Human Resources would be one of the main success factors in all manufacturing/service industries and business concerns, that's the reason why a greater attention to the careful selection of human resources (assessment of their motivation, aptitudes and potential), followed up by ad hoc training activities and the identification of organisation structures tailored to match the quality of the available resources, are now fundamental factors in the success of any intervention.

Studio Staff's activities can be grouped into four specific sectors of intervention:
  • MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS ORGANISATION CONSULTANCY
  • STAFF TRAINING
  • HUMAN RESOURCES (Selection, assessment and development)
