This phase will be focused on the realization of a part of the distance learning training path panned,
addressed to information, training and guidance facilitators and operators.
In particular, Units and Modules will concern the developing either of skills and competences useful for the
understanding and reading of the territorial area on which facilitators and operators work; either of the
ones linked to the most effective and efficient communication methodologies and technique usable for
"interfacing" the project target group.
On the basis of research results already achieved (DOs Communication Styles), it will be drafted the script
of the interviewing model between an operator and a user/users. The script will be structured in sequences of
questions/answers model through which the operator will be able to rebuild the interaction process. The
apparent inelasticity of the path proposed, should be compensated by the wide articulation of mediums chosen
and didactic tools.
After the drafting of the script will start the shooting, to be transferred on DVD, aimed at recreating the
process of interviewing simulation that will be integrated in the distance learning training path expected.
Results pertaining the previous phases (Context Analysis and DOs Communication Styles) will be synthesized
by means of "story boards", as this tool allows to show contents in the shape of slides matched with graphic
and audio materials and connected to texts analysis.
GOALS
To work out a refresher course for facilitators and production of related contents and didactic equipment.
RESULTS
Improving of operators' specific skills and knowledge on target group cognitive stiles.
PRODUCTS
- Self-learning Refresher course and didactic tools related.
- Production of a DVD including a library of simulations focused on interviewing methods, directed to operators.
- Transferring on paper of the interviewing model simulations with the addiction of precodified options of answers that the operator have to choose with respect to the comprehension of the single training units.
